Pay for what you send, not for seats — or for slow months.
Every plan includes your whole team. Pricing scales with proposal volume, not headcount — a two-person outfit and a twelve-truck shop pay for the same thing: what actually goes out the door. That also means a slow, seasonal month costs you next to nothing.
Common questions.
What does "per proposal" actually mean?
You're billed when a final proposal is printed, downloaded, or emailed to a customer for the first time — not for every draft or edit along the way. Tier 1 is free with no per-proposal charge at all.
How does this help during a slow season?
Because you're billed per invoice instead of a flat monthly fee, your BluCollar cost automatically drops when your job volume drops. There's no minimum bill and no seat licenses sitting idle during a shoulder season — you only pay for what you actually send.
What happens if I upgrade?
Upgrades take effect immediately, and you're walked straight to the extra settings your new plan unlocks — nothing you've already entered gets touched.
What happens if I downgrade?
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, not immediately — you keep your current plan's features until then. Anything you've set up is kept, in case you upgrade again later.
Is there a contract?
No. Change plans whenever your business changes.

Download this template, drop in your existing customer list, and BluCollar's import will pick it up column-for-column — no manual mapping needed. It also automatically highlights any duplicate names, addresses, emails, or phone numbers already in your list, so you can clean things up before they ever land in BluCollar.
